Regional Sales Manager

VPhase is looking to recruit a regional sales manager, ideally with specific experience of selling into the social housing sector. We’re looking to supplement our small national sales team with a new, dedicated Midlands sales manager. Working within established frameworks and promoting a proven technology, this position is an ideal opportunity for an experienced sales manager, or a sales consultant looking to make their next move, to join an up and coming company. With a direct reporting line to the Head of Sales, this work-from-home position comes with full sales and marketing support, company laptop and mobile phone.
About VPhase
VPhase plc is a North West based, AIM listed company focusing on Voltage Optimisation which has produced a domestic voltage optimisation device that has been independently trialled and proven to save up to 12% off domestic electricity bills. This is hugely significant for social housing tenants and helps go a long way towards addressing the growing threat of fuel poverty. The device itself is low-cost (c.£300 installed), requires no ongoing maintenance, and doesn’t need any change in lifestyle or behaviour from the tenant. Importantly, by saving energy, carbon emissions are reduced too – by around 4.5 tonnes over the 25+ year life of the product. The device has been tested by Ofgem and is eligible for CERT funding and is currently on trial with over 40 [thought this was 50, check with Simon] housing associations throughout the UK, as well as being the top ranked voltage optimisation supplier within the PfH framework [worth adding “and a principle sponsor of SHIFT”?]. We have aggressive sales plans and a desire to see the VPhase voltage optimisation device specified as a matter of course in all new builds and rewires throughout both the social housing sector and the broader UK domestic market.
